   Design and deployment of advanced business reports with DevExpress, providing critical inventory turnover and sales volume analysis for strategic decision-making. I lead the modernization of legacy C# systems, optimizing code and improving the user experience of internal applications. I collaborate on a web management system that enables self-service for administrative tasks, reducing dependency on the IT department, and provide specialized remote technical support.

   Designed and developed modules for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system using TypeScript, NestJS and TypeORM, implementing business logic for customer, product and financial transaction management on SQL databases. Refactored key backend components, improving code structure and optimizing queries, which eased onboarding new developers and increased efficiency resolving incidents. Also took part in automating accounting and portfolio reports with Crystal Reports, eliminating manual Excel processes.

This project is a proposal for a website that promotes tourism and showcases the craftsmanship developed in the municipality of San Juan de Oriente, in the Masaya department. A brief visit to the site by the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería helped gather the information needed to build this proposal.

About me

I'm Jorge Obando, Full Stack Developer and Programmer Analyst, a certified Systems Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI). I specialize in building scalable solutions with TypeScript, NestJS, React and Python, covering the full development cycle of ERP systems and web applications: from architecture design to production delivery.

Besides my role as a programmer analyst, I'm the founder of Saasify Nic, where I design and build multi-tenant SaaS systems for small and medium businesses across Central America —like GymSYSS and SaaSify Inventarios— applying security best practices, multi-tenant architecture and process automation from scratch.

I'm known for a proactive attitude and the ability to quickly integrate into agile, multidisciplinary teams. I'm constantly seeking challenges that combine solid engineering with real business impact.
